Air fryer chicken thighs are definitely a quick, family-friendly dinner.
Ready to roll up those sleeves and dive in? Let’s do this!
Air Fryer Chicken Thighs Ingredients
This recipe can serve 2 to 4 people, depending on how many thighs you want per serving.
Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs: I used bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs in air fryer, They can help retain the moisture of the chicken while it cooks, leading to juicier than boneless, skinless options.
If you prefer boneless thighs, you’ll need to reduce the cooking time. Once they reach 165°F with a meat thermometer, they’re done.
Spices: Kosher salt, Freshly cracked black pepper, Garlic powder, Baking powder, Cornstarch, All purpose flour.
Best Largest Air Fryer To Cook Chicken Thighs
When I need to feed a large group like a Halloween party, I will choose my largest air fryer Typhur Dome. It’s known as the #1 in cooking speed with an XL cooking space. Also is the air fryer recommended by Guga.
The Typhur Dome air fryer features a high-speed convection fan, which helps accelerate the circulation of hot air, allowing food to be more evenly exposed to the hot air, thus speeding up the cooking process. Its Dome-shaped design positions the food near the heating element, ensuring that the food’s surface is closer to the set temperature.
