Ingredients  

For the Flour Mixture

  • 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

For the Butter Mixture

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

To Finish

  • 1 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 2 cups Whole Rolled Oats

Instructions 

  • Mix the Flour Mixture: Put all the ingredients into a sieve and sift into a bowl with a whisk until smooth.

  • Prepare the Butter Mixture: Add the flour mixture to the bowl with the butter and eggs, and mix well with a spatula. Then, add the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts, and mix until well combined.
