Put all the ingredients into a sieve and sift into a bowl with a whisk until smooth.

Add the flour mixture to the bowl with the butter and eggs, and mix well with a spatula. Then, add the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts, and mix until well combined.

Line a roasting pan with parchment paper, and use a spoon to scoop 50 g of cookie dough for each cookie. Roll the dough into balls with your hands and place them evenly spaced on the roasting pan.
Set the oven according to the settings below. Press the FUNCTION knob to start preheating. Once preheated, insert the roasting pan into Level 2.
Using oven gloves, carefully remove the roasting pan with the cookies and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the cookies cool to room temperature.
