Portion the Chocolate Chip Cookies: Line a roasting pan with parchment paper, and use a spoon to scoop 50 g of cookie dough for each cookie. Roll the dough into balls with your hands and place them evenly spaced on the roasting pan.
Preheat and Start Cooking: Set the oven to Cookies mode at 175°C, preheat ON, and baking time 16 minutes. Press the FUNCTION knob to start preheating. Once preheated, insert the roasting pan into Level 2.
Remove the Cookies from the Oven: Using oven gloves, carefully remove the roasting pan with the cookies and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the cookies cool to room temperature.
