- 4 Salmon Filet 6 ounces each
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 15 turns Black Pepper, freshly cracked
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Garlic Clove minced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 4 Lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉/204℃.

- Stir together olive oil, garlic, herbs, and the juice of half a lemon. Spoon over salmon fillets, being sure to rub all over the tops and sides of the salmon so it has no dry spots.
