Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound bone in lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.4 oz garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 10 turns freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Use a knife to remove excess fat from the surface of the lamb chops and cut into bone-in pieces.

  • Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl, then stir evenly. Spread the marinade evenly over the lamb chops and marinate for 1-2 hours.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 450℉ (230℃), if you are using the Typhur Dome 2 air fryer, remove the grill plate.
  • I suggest using the Typhur wireless meat thermometer to monitor the internal temperature of the lamb chop. It can sync with the Typhur Dome 2 air fryer, and alert you to stop cooking when it reaches the desired meat temperature.
    Insert the Typhur probe into the thickest part of the meat, making sure the safety line is completely immersed.
  • By pressing the “Start Cooking” button and selecting your desired level of doneness, once you have completed the 'Set' process, head to your device and tap the “Start” button to begin the preheating process.
  • Gently place the lamb in the basket. Return the basket to the Typhur Dome 2 to begin cooking. The app will notify you when it's time to flip the lamb. Flip and continue cooking until the app prompts you that the lamb is finished cooking.
  • Using a pair of oven mitts, carefully remove the lamb and transfer to a heat resistant surface. Let rest for at least 3 minutes. Note that the internal temperature will continue to rise.
  • When cooking is complete, remove the probe.
