  • 3/4 cup White Granulated Sugar

Instructions 

  • Prepare the Baking Pans: Grease 7-inch round baking pans, line the bottoms with baking paper, and grease the tops. Alternatively, grease and flour the bottoms and sides of two cake pans.
  • Prepare the Brownies Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then add the eggs, oil, and vanilla and mix well. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
