Make brownies quickly and easily from scratch in your air fryer. They're delicious and the perfect cross between a fudgy brownie and a cakey brownie. They're the perfect small batch brownies for when you don't want to turn on the oven.
Prepare the Baking Pans: Grease 7-inch round baking pans, line the bottoms with baking paper, and grease the tops. Alternatively, grease and flour the bottoms and sides of two cake pans.
Prepare the Brownies Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then add the eggs, oil, and vanilla and mix well. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour, 6 tbsp Coco Powder, 3/4 cup White Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, 2 Large Egg, 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Divide Brownies Batter into Portions: Add it to the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top.
Add the Brownies: Carefully place the baking pan in the basket. Return the basket to the air fryer.
Bake the Brownies: Set the air fryer to Bake mode at 340℉/170°C with cooking time 15 minutes. Bake the brownies.
Remove the Brownies: Remove the brownies from the air fryer. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
Remove the brownies from the pan and cut into pieces.
