- 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 cup Caster Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Overripe Bananas
- 1.8 oz Pecans

- Mix the oil, sugar, flour, baking powder and eggs in a bowl. Mash the bananas and mix into the batter. Mix in half of the pecans and all of the chocolate chips. - Carefully place the cake pan in the basket. Return the basket to the air fryer.

- Remove the banana bread from the air fryer. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
