Ingredients
For the Cauliflower
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into bite size florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 15 turns black pepper, freshly cracked
- 3 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp curry powder
For the Vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt

- Clean the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.1 head of cauliflower
- Combine cauliflower, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and curry powder in a large bowl and stir until the cauliflower is fully coated in oil and garlic.

- Carefully add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
