For the Cauliflower

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into bite size florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 15 turns black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 3 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp curry powder

For the Vinaigrette

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.

  • Combine cauliflower, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and curry powder in a large bowl and stir until the cauliflower is fully coated in oil and garlic.
  • Combine all of the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined.

  • Carefully add the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Choose the "Roast" mode, and cook the cauliflower at 390°F (200℃) for 13 minutes.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish.
  • Serve with any sauce you like.
