Crispy and tender roasted asparagus and mushrooms, all done in the air fryer in less than 15 minutes!

The juicy mushrooms and asparagus are the perfect complement to steak, chicken, pork, fish, or any main dish you desire. But we don’t stop there. You can also chop the asparagus and mix it with pasta and sauce for a delicious plant-based meal. Or why not serve it with rice or quinoa? Let this dish be just the beginning of everything you want.

Ingredients

All the ingredients needed for roasted asparagus and mushrooms are readily available in your kitchen.

Equipment

I made the roasted asparagus and mushrooms using my favorite air fryer: Typhur Dome air fryer. With the Typhur Dome air fryer, there’s no need to wait for it to preheat, saving you time. Thanks to its advanced airflow and circulation, it creates a wonderfully crispy exterior on the vegetables, mimicking the roasting effect of an oven but often yielding even better results.

So, if you are tired of oven roasted asparagus and mushrooms, cooking it in the air fryer is the best alternative way.
