  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  • Prepare the onions: start by peeling the onions and slicing them into ¼-inch thick rings. Separate the rings carefully.
  • Prepare the flour mixture and egg: whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
2/3 cup All Purpose Flour, 1/2 tsp Cayenne Powder, 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 2 Large Egg, 1/3 cup Whole Milk
  • Make the Onion Rings: take each onion ring and coat it first in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg wash, and finally coat it well with the breadcrumbs.
