  • 4 oz Button Mushrooms
  • 4 oz Crimini Mushroom
  • 4 oz Oyster Mushroom
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Granules

  • Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions 

  • Clean all the mushrooms and cut them into halves or quarters.

  • Add mushrooms, oil, soy sauce, garlic granules, salt, and pepper to a bowl; toss to coat.
    2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tsp Low-sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic Granules, Kosher Salt, Crushed Black Pepper
  • Carefully add the mushrooms to the basket. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
  • Set the air fryer to Roast mode at 375℉/190°C with cooking time 10 minutes. Cook the mushrooms.
  • Using tongs carefully remove the mushrooms from the air fryer to a plate or serving tray.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
