Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Clean all the mushrooms and cut them into halves or quarters.
4 oz Button Mushrooms,
4 oz Crimini Mushroom,
4 oz Oyster Mushroom
Add mushrooms, oil, soy sauce, garlic granules, salt, and pepper to a bowl; toss to coat.
2 tbsp Olive Oil,
2 tsp Low-sodium Soy Sauce,
1 tsp Garlic Granules,
Kosher Salt,
Crushed Black Pepper
Carefully add the mushrooms to the basket. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to Roast mode at 375℉/190°C with cooking time 10 minutes. Cook the mushrooms.
Using tongs carefully remove the mushrooms from the air fryer to a plate or serving tray.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
