  • 1/4 cup Worcester Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1.8 oz Honey

  • Prepare a bowl. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, honey, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and stir well. Set aside.

  • Place the flank steak and marinade in a container or Ziploc bag. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
