Beef Patties

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

For the Hamburgers

  • 6 Hamburger Buns
  • 1 Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 White Onion sliced
  • 6 Cheddar Cheese sliced
  • 2.1 oz Pickles sliced
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Romaine Lettuce

Instructions 

  • Put the ground beef into a large bowl and then add the eggs, bread crumbs, mustard, salt, pepper and mix well.
    2 pounds Ground Beef, 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked, 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Portion out the seasoned ground beef into 200g equally sized portions. Hand-shape the minced meat into patties, ensuring uniformity in size. Gently mold into 1/2-inch thick patties, making sure you have four equal patties.
  • Carefully place the patties in the basket and return the basket back to the air fryer.
  • Cook the beef patties, turning them over halfway through. Add cheese during the final minute of cooking if desired.
