Put the ground beef into a large bowl and then add the eggs, bread crumbs, mustard, salt, pepper and mix well.

Portion out the seasoned ground beef into 200g equally sized portions. Hand-shape the minced meat into patties, ensuring uniformity in size. Gently mold into 1/2-inch thick patties, making sure you have four equal patties.

Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the cooked burgers from the air fryer and place on a plate or serving tray.
Spread mayonnaise or ketchup on toasted hamburger buns. Layer romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, onion on top, then add the burgers. Finish with pickles, and place the top buns on to cover.
