- Prepare the dry seasoning. Combine baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.1/4 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 15 turns Black Pepper, freshly cracked, 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Season the wings. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl and toss them in the dry seasoning and olive oil until well-coated.
- Carefully place the chicken wings into the Typhur Dome 2 air fryer basket in a single layer. Assemble the wings in a single layer over the rack. Insert the basket back into the air fryer.

The sauce part of the recipe is fine, however the machine’s WINGS preset uses too low of a temperature and too little time at 14 minutes. 2.5# of larger sized wings, started at room temperature, were under done and not at all crispy at 14 minutes. It took 410 F. and 30 minutes, flipping at the 15 minute mark to get the correct cook for a proper Buffalo Wing – where you hear the sizzle when the sauce hits the bird!
