- 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour spooned and leveled
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

- 1 Cauliflower about 2 pounds

- 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
- 2 1/2 tbsp Honey

- Clean the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
