  • 1.5 pounds Pork Tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions 

  • Season the pork with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili. Coat the exterior of the pork tenderloin with it.

  • To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the center of the pork, making sure that the safety notch is completely inside the food.

  • Set the air fryer to Roast mode at 200°C. Press the "Start Cooking" button on the app and select your preferred doneness to begin cooking, or press the PRESET and DONENESS buttons on the panel repeatedly to select PORK and your preferred doneness. There will be a sound prompt when the target temperature is reached.
