Season the pork with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili. Coat the exterior of the pork tenderloin with it.
To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the center of the pork, making sure that the safety notch is completely inside the food.
Carefully add the tenderloin to the basket. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to Roast mode at 200°C. Press the "Start Cooking" button on the app and select your preferred doneness to begin cooking, or press the PRESET and DONENESS buttons on the panel repeatedly to select PORK and your preferred doneness. Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the pork and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the pork tenderloin rest for at least 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the probe.
Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with your favorite side dishes.
