Spiced Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients
Turkey Rub
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
For the Turkey Breast
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 pounds Turkey Breast on the bone with skin
Instructions
- Prepare a clean bowl, add all the turkey rub ingredients into the bowl and mix well.1/4 cup Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/2 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper, 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt, 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder, 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder
- Rub 1/2 tablespoon of oil and seasoning on one side of the turkey breast, then flip and repeat with the remaining oil and seasoning.1 tbsp Olive Oil, 4 pounds Turkey Breast
- Insert the probe into the thickest portion of the turkey, making sure the safety notch is completely inside the food.
- To cook via the app, press the "Start Cooking" button to set the target temperature and begin preheating. To cook manually on the oven, press the MANUAL button to set the target temperature at 160℉/71℃, then rotate the FUNCTION knob to set the oven settings. Press the FUNCTION knob to start preheating. Once preheated, insert the roasting pan into Level 1. The unit will beep when probe reaches the target temperature.Oven Settings:- Mode: Roast- Temp: 315℉/155℃- Preheat: ON
- Using oven gloves, carefully remove the roasting pan with the turkey and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the turkey rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the probe.
- Serve and enjoy!
