  • Clean the oranges thoroughly with water, then air dry them. Utilizing a sharp, serrated knife or a Mandoline slicer, thinly slice the oranges into slices measuring between ¼” and ⅛”.

  • Carefully place the orange slices in the cooking tray. Return the tray back to the Dome.
  • Dehydrate the oranges.Temperature: 165 °F Time: 3 hours
  • Remove the orange slices from the tray.
