Put the ground beef into a large bowl and then add the eggs, bread crumbs, mustard, salt, pepper and mix well.

Portion out the seasoned ground beef into 200g equally sized portions. Hand-shape the minced meat into patties, ensuring uniformity in size. Gently mold it into 1/2-inch thick patties, making sure you have 4 equal patties.
Carefully place the patties in the cooking tray and return the tray back to the air fryer.
Cook the burgers for 8 minutes in the air fryer, turning them over halfway through. Add the cheese topping during the last 2 minutes of cooking if desired.Temperature: 375 °F Time: 10 minutes
Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the burgers from the air fryer and place on a plate or serving tray.
Spread mayonnaise or ketchup on toasted hamburger buns. Layer sliced tomato and onion on top, then add beef patties. Finish with pickles, and place the top buns on to cover.
