For the beef patties

  • 32 oz Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

For the hamburgers

  • 6 pic Hamburger Buns
  • 1 Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 White Onion sliced
  • 6 pic Cheddar Cheese sliced
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Put the ground beef into a large bowl and then add the eggs, bread crumbs, mustard, salt, pepper and mix well.
    32 oz Ground Beef, 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs, 1 Large Egg, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • Portion out the seasoned ground beef into 200g equally sized portions. Hand-shape the minced meat into patties, ensuring uniformity in size. Gently mold it into 1/2-inch thick patties, making sure you have 4 equal patties.
  • Carefully place the patties in the cooking tray and return the tray back to the air fryer.
  • Cook the burgers for 8 minutes in the air fryer, turning them over halfway through. Add the cheese topping during the last 2 minutes of cooking if desired.Temperature: 375 °F Time: 10 minutes
  • Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the burgers from the air fryer and place on a plate or serving tray.
  • Spread mayonnaise or ketchup on toasted hamburger buns. Layer sliced tomato and onion on top, then add beef patties. Finish with pickles, and place the top buns on to cover.
