Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork, or use a blender to puree them.

Mix the Butter and Banana: Mix the mashed bananas with melted butter until combined. Stir in the baking soda and salt. Then add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Finally, mix in the flour.

Prepare the Loaf Pan: Spread the butter evenly inside the mold.
Preparation before Baking: Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
Preheat and Start Cooking: Set the oven to Bake mode at 185°C, preheat ON, and baking time 30 minutes. Press the FUNCTION knob to start preheating. Once preheated, place the loaf pan on the roasting pan and insert it into Level 2. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick or wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. A few dry crumbs are fine; streaks of wet batter are not. If the outside of the loaf is browned but the center is still wet, loosely tent the loaf with foil and continue baking until the loaf is fully baked.
Remove the Bread: When cooking is finished, use oven gloves to remove the bread and let it cool before taking it out.
