In a bowl, combine the potatoes and the seasoning, ensuring that the potatoes are evenly coated.
Set the oven to Roast mode at 215°C, preheat ON, and cooking time 30 minutes. Press the "Start Cooking" button to start preheating. Once preheated, place the potatoes on a roasting pan and insert it into Level 2.
Using oven gloves, carefully remove the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into pieces and mash them with a fork, add butter or cheese, and top with sour cream, green onions, or bacon.
