Stir together butter, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside. Mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley in another bowl.

Brush each salmon fillet lightly with the honey mustard mixture. Sprinkle the tops of fillets with the bread crumb mixture.
Carefully add the salmon to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook the salmon by following the parameter settings below:Cooking mode: BakeTemperature: 390°F (200℃)Time: 11 minutes
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving tray or plate.
