  • 4 salmon filet
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Stir together butter, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside. Mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley in another bowl.

  • Brush each salmon fillet lightly with the honey mustard mixture. Sprinkle the tops of fillets with the bread crumb mixture.
  • Carefully add the salmon to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook the salmon by following the parameter settings below:
    Cooking mode: Bake
    Temperature: 390°F (200℃)
    Time: 11 minutes
  • Remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving tray or plate.
  • Serve and enjoy!
