Prepare the Wings: If needed, separate the drumettes from the flats and set them aside.
Make the Buffalo Sauce: In a medium bowl, stir together melted butter, sugar, and hot sauce.
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, 1/4 cup Hot Sauce, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
Season the Wings: Combine baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl and toss them with the dry seasoning and olive oil until well coated.
Preheat and Start Cooking: Set the oven to Roast mode at 190°C, preheat ON, and cooking time 20 minutes. Press the "Start Cooking" button, and the oven will start preheating. Once preheated, place the chicken wings in a single layer on the roasting pan positioned at Level 2. For easier cleanup, place a piece of parchment paper on the roasting pan.
Remove the Chicken Wings from Oven: Using oven gloves, carefully remove the roasting pan from the oven.
Toss Wings in Sauce: Transfer the chicken wings to a bowl and toss well. Drizzle with sauce and toss to coat.
