Instructions
Wash the apples or peaches, peel and core them, then cut them into thick slices for later use.
2 1/2 cup Green Apple or Peach
Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl. Cut in butter using a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour, 1 cup White Granulated Sugar, 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt, 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
Arrange apple or peach slices evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over peaches or apple slices.
Set the oven to Bake mode at 190°C, preheat ON, and baking time 30 minutes. Press the "Start Cooking" button, and the oven will start preheating. Once preheated, place the apple crisp on the roasting pan and insert it into Level 2.
Using oven gloves, carefully remove the crisp, from the oven. Chill the crisp in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
