Rub 1/2 tablespoon of oil and seasoning on one side of the turkey breast, then flip and repeat with the remaining oil and seasoning.

To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the thickest part of the turkey breast, making sure the safety notch is completely immersed.
Carefully add the turkey breast to the basket, skin side down. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to Air Fry mode at 165°C. Press the "Start Cooking" button, set the probe's target temperature to 160 ℉ / 71 ℃, and begin cooking. When the target temperature reaches 113℉ / 45°C —if cooking was started via the app, you will receive a notification, turn the turkey breast over with tongs. There will be a sound prompt when the target temperature is reached.
Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the turkey from the air fryer to a plate or serving tray. Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the probe.
Remove the turkey breast and slice it to serve with any of your favorite side dishes.
