Pat sirloin steak dry with paper towels and sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.

Mix the butter with parsley, garlic, and soy sauce.

Remove the grill plate from the Typhur Dome 2 air fryer. Use the “Steak” preset cooking mode, and preheat the air fryer to 450°F/230℃.
Once the air fryer has reached the preset cooking temperature, carefully add the steak to the basket in a single layer. Place a tablespoon of butter mixture on each steak.
Use the "Steak" cooking mode, set the temperature to 450°F/230℃, cook for 10 minutes, and turn the steak over with five minutes remaining.
Remove the steak from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving tray or plate.
Serve with garlic butter.
