  • 2 sirloin steak about 400-500g
  • 1.7 oz unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • kosher salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat sirloin steak dry with paper towels and sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • Mix the butter with parsley, garlic, and soy sauce.

  • Remove the grill plate from the Typhur Dome 2 air fryer. Use the “Steak” preset cooking mode, and preheat the air fryer to 450°F/230℃.
  • Once the air fryer has reached the preset cooking temperature, carefully add the steak to the basket in a single layer. Place a tablespoon of butter mixture on each steak.
  • Use the "Steak" cooking mode, set the temperature to 450°F/230℃, cook for 10 minutes, and turn the steak over with five minutes remaining.
  • Remove the steak from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving tray or plate.
  • Serve with garlic butter.
