In a small bowl, combine the pizza sauce and garlic. Set aside.
1 cup Pizza Sauce, 2 tbsp Garlic Clove
Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Roll out the pizza dough (or puff pastry) into a big square. Cut into smaller squares and place each on the lined baking sheet.
Top each square with pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. Wet the outside edges of the dough with water (run a wet finger around all edges). To seal, fold one corner up to the center of the roll. Next, fold the two corners to the left and right into the center. Finally, fold the top corner down, sealing all of the ingredients inside. Lightly press with your finger to seal (or use a fork).
1/4 cup Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese, grated
Remove the tray from the Typhur Dome. Line the bottom of the basket with a layer of parchment paper.
Carefully place the pizza rolls in the cooking tray. Return the tray back to the Dome.
Cook the pizza rolls.Temperature: 375 °F Time: 12 minutes
Remove the pizza rolls from the tray.
