Prepare the peaches: boil a pot of water and add the peaches. Cook for 10-30 seconds, until the skins start to split. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the water.
6 Fresh Peaches
Cut the peaches: Let the peaches cool before peeling and cutting them into ¼ inch slices. Sprinkle the peaches very lightly with sea salt.

Remove the peaches from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving tray or plate.
