  • 6 Fresh Peaches
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the peaches: boil a pot of water and add the peaches. Cook for 10-30 seconds, until the skins start to split. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the water.

  • Cut the peaches: Let the peaches cool before peeling and cutting them into ¼ inch slices. Sprinkle the peaches very lightly with sea salt.
  • Dehydrate the peach: carefully place the peaches in a single layer of the basket. Use the below setting:
    Cooking Mode: Dehydrate
    Temperature: 160°F (70℃)
    Time: 6 hours
  • Remove the peaches from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving tray or plate.
  • Serve and enjoy!
