Ingredients
  

  • 4 Russet/Idaho potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 205°C (Around 5 minutes).
  • Wash and dry your potatoes. And then, pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape while cooking.
    4 Russet/Idaho potatoes
  • Spray or brush a thin layer of oil all over the potato, making sure to cover the entire surface.
    1 tbsp Oil
  • Sprinkling the salt and pepper on the potato after applying the oil will help the seasonings adhere better to the potato.
    ½ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and operate your device under the contenting parameter settings: 45 minutes, 400°F. Halfway through cooking, flip the potatoes over to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.
  • To serve the baked potatoes, cut each one in half lengthwise and top with your favorite toppings, along with any remaining salt and pepper.
