  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup white onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cilantro minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 10 turns black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the core.

  • In a small bowl, combine the onion, tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Divide the onion-tomato mixture between the avocado halves. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
    1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • Carefully add the avocado to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook the avocado in the air fryer following the below setting:
    Temperature: 340°F (170℃)
    Time: 10 minutes
  • Remove the avocado from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish. Let cool before serving.
  • Serve and enjoy!
