Trim excess fat from the pork loin roast and place it on a large plate. Rub Worcestershire sauce evenly over the entire surface, then sprinkle the dry seasoning mixture on top. Massage the seasoning thoroughly into all sides of the pork.

To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the center of the pork, making sure that the safety notch is completely inside the pork.
To cook via the app, press the "Start Cooking" button to select the doneness and begin preheating. To cook manually on the oven, press the PRESET and DONENESS button repeatedly to select PORK and your preferred doneness, then rotate the FUNCTION knob to set the oven settings. Press the FUNCTION knob to start preheating. Once preheated, place the pork on the roasting pan and insert it into Level 2. The unit will beep when the pork reaches the target temperature.
Using a pair of oven mitts, carefully remove the roasting pan with the pork and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the pork loin rest for at least 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the probe.
Slice the pork loin and serve with your favorite side dishes.
