This simple recipe guarantees juicy, tender pork chops with minimal effort, making it perfect for quick dinners. It uses common pantry ingredients to season the chops, and you can bake them either bone-in or boneless. This dish can be paired with sides like a salad or roasted potatoes.
Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each side of the pork chops. Evenly scatter the spice mix on both sides of the pork chops.

To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the center of the pork, making sure that the safety notch is completely inside the food.
To cook via the app, press the "Start Cooking" button to select the doneness and begin preheating. To cook manually on the oven, press the PRESET and DONENESS button repeatedly to select PORK and your preferred doneness, then rotate the FUNCTION knob to set the oven settings. Press the FUNCTION knob to start preheating. Once preheated, place the pork on the roasting pan and insert it into Level 2. The unit will beep when the pork reaches the target temperature.
Using a pair of oven mitts, carefully remove the pork and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the pork rest for at least 3 minutes. (The internal temperature will continue to rise.)
Carefully remove the probe.
