To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the thickest part of the salmon, making sure the safety notch is completely immersed.
Carefully add the salmon to the basket. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to Roast mode at 230°C. Press the "Start Cooking" button on the app and select your preferred doneness to begin cooking, or press the PRESET and DONENESS buttons on the panel repeatedly to select FISH and your preferred doneness. Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer to a plate or serving tray. Let the salmon rest for at least 3 minutes.
