  • 1 pound Racks of Lamb bone in
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 10 turns Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Use a knife to remove excess fat from the surface of the lamb chops.
    1 pound Racks of Lamb
  • Combine all seasonings in a large bowl and mix well. Add the lamb chops and rub to coat evenly.
    2 tbsp Olive Oil, 3 Garlic Clove, 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Leaves, 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 10 turns Crushed Black Pepper, 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the thickest part of the lamb, making sure the safety notch is completely immersed.
  • Carefully add the lamb to the basket. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
  • Press the "Start Cooking" button on the app and select your preferred doneness to begin cooking, or press the PRESET and DONENESS buttons on the panel repeatedly to select BEEF and your preferred doneness. There will be a sound prompt when the target temperature is reached. Tip: The beef preset can also be used for lamb, as both share the same doneness temperature ranges.
  • Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the lamb from the air fryer to a plate or serving tray. Let the lamb rest for at least 5 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

To cook a perfect Roasted Lamb Rack using the Sync Air Fryer, use the following Probe Settings and Air Fryer Settings:
Probe Settings:
  • Mode: Preset · Beef
  • Doneness and Temp:
    • Rare: 110-120°F/43-49°C
    • Medium Rare: 121-126°F/50-52°C
    • Medium: 127-135°F/53-57°C
    • Medium Well: 136-145°F/58–63°C
    • Well Done: 146-157°F/64–69°C
 Air Fryer Settings:
  • Mode: Air Fry
  • Temp: 170°C
