A herb-crusted lamb rack, coated with rosemary, thyme, garlic, and olive oil, then roasted to a crispy, tender perfection, delivering a rich and flavorful taste.
Marinate Lamb Chops: Spread the marinade evenly over the lamb chops and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Insert the Probe: To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the center of the lamb, making sure that the safety notch is completely inside the lamb.
Select your Preferred Doneness and Start Cooking: Set the oven to Roast mode at 190°C, preheat ON. For probe settings, choose Preset · Lamb and select your preferred doneness: Rare 49–54°C, Medium Rare (Chef’s Choice) 55–57°C, Medium 58–63°C, Medium Well 64–68°C, or Well Done 69–75°C. To cook via the app, press the "Start Cooking" button to select the doneness and begin preheating. To cook manually on the oven, press the PRESET and DONENESS button repeatedly to select LAMB and your preferred doneness, then rotate the FUNCTION knob to set the oven settings. Press the FUNCTION knob to start preheating. Once preheated, insert the roasting pan with the lamb into Level 1. The unit will beep when probe reaches the target temperature.
Remove the Lamb from the Oven: Using a pair of oven mitts, carefully remove the roasting pan with the lamb and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the lamb rest for at least 3 minutes.
Carefully remove the probe.
Slice the lamb and serve with any side dishes you like.
