Instructions
Place the pressed and diced tofu in a medium bowl. Add the soy sauce and stir to coat. Then add the remaining seasonings and oil, and toss until evenly coated.
1 pound Extra Firm Tofu,
1 tsp Garlic Powder,
1/2 tsp Onion Powder,
1 tsp Smoked Paprika,
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt,
2 tsp Cornstarch,
1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce,
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil,
5 turns Crushed Black Pepper
Arrange the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to Air Fry mode at 400℉/205°C with cooking time 10 minutes. Cook the tofu.
Using tongs carefully remove the tofu from the air fryer to a plate or serving tray.
Serve the tofu with your favorite sauce.
