Instructions
If needed, separate the chicken drumettes from the flats using either a knife or kitchen scissors.
2 pounds Chicken Wings
In a large bowl combine the salt, pepper, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano and paprika. Mix until well combined.
1 tsp Garlic Powder,
1 tsp Onion Powder,
1 tsp Paprika,
1 tsp Dried Oregano,
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes,
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt,
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked
Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and olive oil. Toss the wings until evenly coated.
Carefully place the chicken wings into the basket in a single layer. Insert the basket back into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to
Air Fry mode at 190°C
with
cooking time 14 minutes
. Cook the chicken wings.
Using a pair of tongs, carefully remove the chicken wings from the air fryer to a plate or serving tray.
You can enjoy these deliciously crispy wings on their own, or tossed in your favorite sauce.
