  • 4 Yukon Gold Potatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Thyme Leaves
  • 1 tsp Dry Rosemarry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 15 turns Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 24 Sliced Bacon

Instructions
 

  • For ease of rolling up later, thinly slice the potatoes into a sizable mixing bowl using a mandolin and a hand guard.
    4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • Add olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, pepper, and salt to the sliced potatoes and toss with tongs until evenly coated.
    2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Dry Thyme Leaves, 1 tsp Dry Rosemarry Leaves, 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 15 turns Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • On a cutting board, lay out two pieces of bacon overlapping each other vertically. Line the bacon with the sliced potatoes, making sure each potato is overlapping. Starting at one end, gently roll up the bacon, creating a potato rose. Use two toothpicks at the bottom to secure its shape.Trim off any excess at the bottom to ensure the roll can fit into the Dome.

  • Carefully place the rolls in the cooking tray. Return the tray to the Dome.

  • Remove the rolls from the tray.
