To ensure accurate temperature readings, insert the probe into the center of the meatloaf, making sure that the probe's marking is completely inside the food. Push the probe through the top of the meatloaf.
Carefully add the meatloaf to the basket. Cover the meat loaf with a piece of tin foil. Place the basket back into the air fryer.
Press the "Start Cooking" button, set the probe's target temperature to 165 ℉ / 74 ℃, and begin cooking. When the target temperature reaches 140 ℉ / 60℃, remove the tin foil and continue cooking. There will be a sound prompt when the target temperature is reached.Air Fyer Settings: Roast Mode, 350℉/175℃
Using a pair of oven mitts, carefully remove the meatloaf and transfer it to a heat resistant surface. Let the meatloaf rest for at least 3 minutes. (The internal temperature will continue to rise.)
Carefully remove the probe.
For a more succulent meatloaf, you can enhance its flavor by brushing additional glaze onto the top before slicing.
